Miami County Park District is excited to partner with The Area Agency on Aging to offer mindfulness walks for caregivers. These hikes will provide family caregivers in Miami County the opportunity to get out of their homes and onto nature trails for stress-reduction, meet other caregivers, and obtain information about local resources and services that can benefit them and their loved ones.
