Beginning in July, VNA Community Services will be offering our Caregiver Stress-busting program for family caregivers of people with dementia.
This 9-week program teaches stress management techniques and coping strategies to caregivers with the goal of reducing stress and burnout.
It is a great, ⭐️free⭐️ opportunity to learn how to take care of yourself while caring for a loved one and how to get connected to local resources.
