Care for the Caregiver: Well-Being Workshop Series is a four-week program designed to support caregivers through Harvard’s Pillars of Brain Health. Each 90-minute session offers practical, research-based strategies to enhance cognitive vitality while nurturing personal well-being. Participants will explore yoga and mindfulness for stress reduction, learn brain-boosting nutrition approaches, engage in stimulating brain aerobics activities, and build meaningful social connections through team-based experiences. Mindfulness practices are woven throughout the series, creating a calming, supportive environment that encourages self-care and resilience. Each session includes gentle movement, nutritious refreshments, and time for questions and discussion.
