This monthly series is designed to provide helpful information, self care instruction and answer questions about common issues impacting caregivers.
Although there will be a different topic and/or speaker each month, there will also be time for you to ask questions that are specific to your loved one's care, an opportunity to suggest future topics for the monthly cafes and a chance to meet others experiencing common challenges.
Coffee and water will be provided each month.
