Being a COLORED GIRL, I have experienced a lot of pain in the business/corporate and workforce world because of my skin color . I won’t ALLOW another COLORED GIRL to go through this! I AM CELEBRATING ALL OF MY COLORED GIRLS!!! I myself also owned a Staffing Agency downtown Milwaukee in 2018 and white people would come in and say is this Vanguard? and we would say yes, it is even though we had a large sign up behind the receptionist desk. At this point they would say never mind this is the wrong business and they would walk out! This was because my whole staff was black so we knew why they would walk in and walk out. This is ridiculous and hurtful that racism is still ALIVE! If you are a COLORED GIRL in a CAREER and or own your own BUSINESS, please attend!
