Each session includes:
Expert Insights – BIPOC professionals share their experiences and career journeys.
Industry Exploration – Overview of careers related to energy efficiency, engineering environmental law, and more!
Skill Building – Guidance on job readiness, networking, and accessing education or training.
Community Connection – A space for mentorship and relationship-building with climate leaders.

This series empowers participants to pursue impactful careers, ensuring that communities most affected by climate change are part of the solutions.
