Join us at Gilbert’s Coffee Bar in Port Salerno for a free monthly support group designed just for moms balancing work and motherhood. We’ll talk honestly about the challenges, share real-life strategies, and remind each other that balance doesn’t have to mean perfect.
The group is led by Dr. Ellen Chance, Ph.D., LMHC, PMH-C—a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Counselor Educator, and local mom of two who specializes in maternal mental health. This is a relaxed, supportive space where you can show up just as you are. Grab a coffee, connect with other moms, and leave feeling a little lighter.
