“Career Management – The Street Smart Way” was conceived from a very practical context from both an Employer (Management & HR Professional) & an Employee angle utilising many of my own personal live case examples to give attendees an insight into how the hiring employer think, their expectations, what a job seeker should do to future proof their career & differentiation of their capabilities & competencies so as to enable attendees to plan in a practical context carving out a resilient progressive forward-looking career.

Mr Liew is a former HR GM of a US MNC & a Japanese MNC with 30 years of diversified career experience in HR, Sales, Technical, Startups Entrepreneurship & Industrial Relations in various industries having personally career-transitioned himself into different career domains several times overcoming career upheavals/knowledge/skillsets & family challenges.
