We’re stoked to invite you to learn from our favourite foot wise woman, Jeddie Russell, in a 2-hr workshop that’s open to anybody (even non-Root + Reach clients) to learn about how to take care of our feet. If you haven’t had a chance to meet Jeddie before, allow us to hype her up… Jeddie comes from an extensive science-based and medically rooted background in nursing, as well as education. She runs her own private clinic just a few blocks away from our Root + Reach studio, where she supports folks looking to care for their feet (her area of specialty and passion), and by extension, their whole bodies and psyches. Jeddie is an incredibly wise, deep, perceptive, big-picture thinker who is unapologetically authentic, quirky, and direct while being wonderfully sensitive and kind. Even though she’ll be teaching you about your feet, you’ll also come away with more thoughts about your whole self as an integrated system from a bio-psycho-social lens… which is right up our alley!!
