Care for Gadsden Creek Earth Day Clean Up

Location: Gadsden Creek, Hagood Avenue, Charleston, SC, USA
Celebrate Earth Day with friends, family or co-workers by cleaning up this historic, urban wetland in downtown Charleston! We’ll gather and provide all supplies and instructions before setting out to clean up this important local waterway and surrounding roadways. Join staff and volunteers from the South Carolina Environmental Law Project, Friends of Gadsden Creek, local community and the South Carolina Aquarium for this annual cleanup event. Please arrive a few minutes early to park and get checked in. Final meeting location TBD, but look for signage + tables. Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes or mud boots and bring a reusable water bottle.
