Join us for a day starting with a press conference followed by a rally and meetings with legislators to get the Compassion And Reproductive Equity Act (CARE) passed in New York State! There’s only one chance for mother-baby bonding and when it happens, it benefits babies for life. Incarceration should not bar a birthing person or baby’s right to quality healthcare, adequate nutrition, reasonable accommodations, and dignity.
