About this Event
This course introduces an integrative approach to understanding and managing cardiovascular disease (CVD), emphasizing the interplay between emotional, physical, and environmental factors. Participants will explore how stress, hereditary influences, early childhood experiences, and predisposing factors such as pregnancy and diabetes contribute to the development of CVD.
Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, attendees will learn mind-body techniques, including visualization, breathing practices, and healing mudras, to support heart health by balancing heart rate and blood pressure. The course also highlights the therapeutic role of music, relaxation, hypnotherapy, and color in CVD management.
Additionally, participants will be introduced to simple yet effective herbal recipes drawn from European and Russian folk traditions for addressing heart-related issues. Hands-on practicums will provide opportunities to experience Ayurvedic and Yogic practices, empowering attendees with tools to promote cardiovascular health and overall well-being.
