Cardio Meditation is a low-impact, rhythm-based movement practice designed to calm the nervous system while gently raising the heart rate. In one session, you’ll release physical tension, quiet mental overload, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
This is not a traditional workout — and not a seated meditation.
It’s an active form of mindfulness that helps your body and brain reset together.
