You will need to bring your own 2-5lb weights.35 minutes of easy-to-follow heart pumping cardio dance and high intensity interval training to make you break a real sweat and burn fat like never before! We’ll push you to get your heart rate into the cardio zone using timed intervals, AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible) and EMOM (every minute on the minute) training! This class is built to get your heart pumping and a super sweat!
Mostly low impact cardio, and this class can be taken at your own pace. Modifiers will be given to take it down or take it up a notch so any fitness level can participate!
Please wear tennis shoes and bring water for this class.
