Cardio Dance is an aerobic dance workout to current pop, hip-hop and world music. Join our instructors for this dance party that is sure to spice up your week. Bring a towel and water. Class is recommended for age 16+ but younger teens are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
Registration is required for this free program as this class is limited. Each week registration will open on Wednesdays at 5PM for the following week’s class at https://www.titletown.com/events/cardio-dance
Space is limited due to room size. When the class is full the form will offer a waitlist option. We ask registered guests to email [email protected] to cancel if plans change. If any spots open those on the waitlist will be contacted via email or text.
Cardio Dance will be located in Rockwood Terrace.
Please enter at 46 Below where a staff member will provide access to Rockwood Terrace. Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the 2025 Titletown Fitness waiver prior to class.
