
About this Event
Cardio dance is a form of exercise that combines high-energy dance moves with cardiovascular workouts. It's a fun and engaging way to improve fitness, get your heart pumping, and burn calories while enjoying upbeat music in community with others.
The class is designed for all fitness levels! Here's how it will go:
- We'll start the class with community breaths and a warm-up
- The class is split into 3 sections, each section containing 3-4 songs we'll vibe to
- Each section is followed by a 2-minute HIIT sequence to really get our heart rates elevated
- We'll wrap up class with a slow stretch and cool-down
