Starting with an energetic warm-up, it transitions into cardio and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), culminating in strength exercises, core-focused abdominal work, and a relaxing cool-down.

Take an immediate right turn upon first entering Ross Park and drive a little ways down to the pavilions where you may park on either side of the parking lot.
