The Cardinham Twilight 5 & 10 Miler is back on Saturday 22nd November 2025 now with an all new 5k distance!Brave the dark Forest & take part in a challenging headtorch 5 Mile or 10 Mile trail run at Cardinham Woods near Bodmin! The course is a heavily marked 5 mile loop with marshals at key points and a waterpoint at the 5 Mile mark and finish.
5 & 10 Mile Canicross start 4.05pm (Individual Time Trial starts).
5 & 10 Mile Trail Runners start 4.05pm.
5k Canicross start at 4.15pm.
5k Trail Run starts at 4.20pm.
Headtorch required, no cut off times, Canicross welcome, personalised bibs, everyone receives a Twilight medal; awards for the top finishers and free race photography
(5k complete a shorter loop, 10 Mile entrants complete the 5 Mile loop twice)
