Join Cardinal News for an evening of conversation with the candidates for the Virginia House of Delegates District 40, incumbent Republican Joe McNamara and Democratic challenger Donna Littlepage. This in-person event is scheduled for Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Salem public library.
The moderator for this forum will be Roanoke College political science professor Jeff Vick.
