About this Event
We welcome guest speaker Lori Boyd, board certified in Lifestyle Medicine, to talk brain boosting. Learn how interconnected our body systems are especially when it comes to mood and memory, and incorporate small changes to protect brain health for a lifetime.
This event will be held in the auditorium on the first floor of the Gibbs Cancer Center-Pelham building.
Cardiac Connection-Pelham is a quarterly community group that supports people of all ages who have experienced a cardiovascular event such as a heart attack or stroke, had surgery related to the heart or are at risk for heart disease. Relevant topics and speakers vary each month. Bring your lunch and a friend!
In addition, we offer encouragement and lifestyle improvement activities. You may also connect with others who have had similar experiences. If you or a loved one are interested, please join us.
