A networking event dedicated to the technologies and practices supporting carbon sequestration
About this Event

The Earth's average surface temperature has already exceeded the dreaded 1.2°C increase since the 19th century, and 2023 alone has been the warmest year ever recorded. The atmospheric concentration of CO2 is now so high that even if we reach net zero by 2050, Greenland’s ice sheets will still melt.

This Vancouver Hardware Meetup on Carbon Management: Clearing the Air for a Greener Tomorrow is a networking event and panel discussion dedicated to the remarkable strides being made around carbon avoidance and carbon removal solutions, and the financial systems supporting these efforts. Learn from local leaders what's working, what's not working, and what we can do as technologists to make a difference ?

This event is for anyone passionate about combating climate change and the groundbreaking technologies helping shape the future of carbon management. Food and refreshments will also be served.
