About this Event
Learn how to make a delicious caramel apple galette from start to finish with Cofounder and Culinary Director Heather Hodge. We'll make a perfect galette crust, slice and season local apples for the filling and shape the perfect pastry together. We'll also make a delicious caramel sauce to finish it with!
Class space is limited. It will take place in our Pioneer Square kitchen!! Masks and proof of vaccination are required upon arrival.
