The UH Rainbow Injury Prevention Center is hosting hands-on CEU events that will include opportunities to get your car seat check-offs completed. This one-day event will feature three interactive con-ed stations, including:
New Product Bingo
Fill your bingo card as you explore, review, and install the latest car seat models on the market!
"To Lock or Not to Lock... How Do I Find the Answer?"
This station will help you master the decision-making process for using a child restraint's lock-off or tensioner.
213 A & B Updates:
Put your knowledge to the test with a fun, Mad Libs-style activity that navigates car seat check scenarios using the new NHTSA guidelines!
In the afternoon, put your new skills into practice at a car seat check event—an opportunity to refine your expertise and complete your check-offs for recertification!
