About this Event
Learn your way around a car! We will learn how to check the oil and other fluid levels, change the oil, change a flat tire, basic car maintenance and care. This workshop is designed to teach you the basics of care and maintenance. It could save you some breakdowns and avoid costly repairs.
This program will be at NC Cooperative Extension - Currituck Center, located at 120 Community Way in Barco, NC from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. It is designed for those who are driving or about to start driving and is for ages 14 to 18.
Registration is not complete until your child is enrolled in NC 4-H for the 2025 program year. The link to do that is https://v2.4honline.com/#/user/sign-in.
We are accepting cash and check payments in addition to paying via credit card through Eventbrite. Please, make checks payable to NCSU. Checks and cash payments can be received at the Currituck Extension Office located at 120 Community Way Barco NC 27917, within 5 days of registration. Class size is limited and full registration, including payment, is required to hold your spot.
