**Recommended Gear:**
* DSLR or mirrorless camera (with a macro lens preferred, but not essential)
* Tripod (optional)
* Remote shutter release (optional, but helpful for avoiding camera shake when used with a tripod)
* Diffuser (optional, a white piece of tissue paper can work in a pinch)
