About this Event

This evening of conversation invites a small group of specialists, from criminology and Pr*son reform, to talk with us about their experience of prisons prompted by objects. Whether a photograph, letter, or personal belonging, the guest speakers are invited to look and talk with their objects opening up a conversation about the Pr*son system past and present - what has changed and what needs to change.

Bath Art Depot has collaborated with the Pr*son Reform Trust to host this informal conversation on 31st May, 7-9pm. The event takes place at FORM-ICA, Unit 5, Lymore Gardens, Bath BA2 1AQ.

Please bring a drink and consider a £5 donation on the door (or via Eventbrite) to cover costs. Bread and cheese will be provided.

Speakers: Dr. David Maguire, Dr. Ruth Armstrong, Dr. Rod Morgan (short biographies below).
