Step off at 5:30PM sharp, the Masquerade March struts through Old Town and straight into the Fantasy Fest Street Fair, with music, noisemakers, and complimentary drinks along the way. The revelry keeps rolling down Duval, then into the night at Captain Morgan’s Official Pirate After Party at Kaya Emporium or the Surf’s Up Party at Hog’s Breath Saloon.
