We'll begin the evening by discussing the energies of the Capricorn New Moon and how to work with this potential in our daily lives. 3-5 journal/contemplation prompts will be provided to deepen your awareness and engagement.
After our discussion and contemplation, we'll share in a guided New Moon Meditation while supported by the healing vibrations of the sound bowls.
The New Moon Meditation Sound Bath will take place on Saturday, January 17th at 6:30pm, at The Spiritual Touch Studio - 118 7th Street, Ste. A11, CDA.
The event will last approximately one hour with a $20 suggested donation.
