Capoeira Angola is a beautiful Afro-Brazilian art form that combines fight, rhythm, movement, music, philosophy, and so much more!
Join Nico Zuluaga of Southern California's branch of N'golo Preto Velho de Mestre Themba to learn about the culture, music, and all fundamental movement in this 2 hour workshop which serves as an incredible and fun full-body workout and gateway into deeper realms of the Self, the Spirit, Ancestral Guidance, and Community.
All ages, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome!

The first portion of this workshop is typically dedicated to music, with the second dedicated to physical movement.
You are welcome to participate in one or both portions of the workshop.
All aspects of class will cater to the students present, offering inclusive training options, no matter your experience level or needs.

Abundance Exchange: Drop-in classes are $25. Discounted registration options as low as $13 per class are available for those who are interested in multi-class passes or wish to pay at a monthly rate.

What to Bring:
Please dress in comfortable attire appropriate for physical activity, wearing closed-toed shoes and a shirt you are able to tuck in.
Remember to bring plenty of water!
