This August, we bring the spirit of Cape Town Carnival to our sessions. A celebration of movement, music, and the people who make this city what it is.We’re showing up with colour, connection, and a beat we can all move to, no matter where we’re from.
Different backgrounds, same rhythm. Come dressed to express, ready to dance.
Get ready to crank up the fun and dress UP to get DOWN! Monthly competition running from May 2025 - April 2026, we’re bringing the vibe for AUGUST with our “Cape Town Carnival”
theme and running a Best Dressed Competition at each session.
Our facilitators will select the Top 3 looks—and the public will crown the one who OUT-DRESSED the rest!
Prizes worth R 1,200 from our fave feel-good brands—Happy Culture & Wazoogles—are up for grabs.
New to Secret Sunrise? You’re in for something magical. We’ll kit you out with wireless headphones and guide you through an unforgettable blend of dance, play, connection, and meditation. All ages, all bodies, all fitness levels—everyone is welcome.

**We are thrilled to be partnered with The UP (The UPliftment Programme - theup.org.za) this inspired PBO has been sharing joy with youth, children, differently abled and the elderly for 20 years. For the past 5 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
