What is Holosomatic Breathwork?
A form of active meditation where we are changing the chemistry in our body through a specific breathing pattern and get into a trance-like state (altered state of consciousness), accessing our subconscious mind and releasing blockages through breath, sometimes also movement and sound.
Holsomatic Breathwork is also considered a healing, transformational breathwork to release physical or emotional blockages, get out of your patterns and feel your true potential.
This practice allows you to drop beyond the noise of the mind and into the intelligence of the body, where your true essence naturally emerges.

Miriam is a trauma-informed breathwork coach specializing in transformative healing through the breath. Having experienced profound shifts and deep healing through breathwork herself, she is passionate about guiding others on their own journeys of release, reconnection, and inner transformation.
