Gloucester Meetinghouse Foundation and TownGreen present TEN short films from FOUR continents exploring the artistic and human response to climate change. These films give expression to what we’re feeling—hope and cynicism, climate denial and climate grief, rage and heartbreak, resilience and resolve—and offer paths toward climate empowerment.
America’s leading voice on climate, Bill McKibben, co-founder of 350.org and Third Act, was the Honorary Judge and his videotaped introduction launches the festival. Jim Stahl, founder of the Climate Future Film Festival and Merlyn Climate Grants will be on hand to tell us about the films and how the festival came together. A community discussion will follow the screening.
Tickets can be purchased online or by calling the box office at 978-281-4433.
