Casey is a licensed acupuncturist and retreat leader with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine who supports women through embodied leadership, nervous system regulation, and inner work.
On Oahu, she trains meditation guides in grounded, lineage-based, and trauma-aware techniques so they can help others access peaceful, regulated healing states that ripple outward into families, communities, & culture.
