What is it? We are going to run sessions on most Wednesday evenings at Leeds Road Playing Fields, Huddersfield.
These sessions will allow young people to come down and practice their kayaking or canoeing under the supervision of the Canoe and Kayak team.
They will welcome the opportunity to suggest ways to improve your
paddling technique.
Who is it for?
Any Scouts or Explorers who can swim 50 metres wearing the appropriate equipment is welcome.
The young people can book on individually.
How much will it cost me?
For £15 you will get access to all of the equipment, and support from Scout permit holders, for up to 5 Wednesday night sessions.
How do I sign up for it?
By going to https://bookwhen.com/activities/e/ev-sh28-20240918183000 you can see which dates are available, you then complete the booking form and you will get an email that will give you the chance to tell us which dates you would like.
You then pay the money, and the water activity team will confirm your booking and the evenings.
