Join us at the Galloway Kitchen as we demonstrate a variety of methods on canning and preserving your summer harvest. We will cover sterilizing equipment, pressure canning vs. water bath, and more. A farm fresh meal of our seasonal soups, salad, bread and desert will be included with the class.You will go home a quart jar of canned tomatoes, a pint jar of pickled peppers and the confidence and knowledge to continue your preserving journey.
