Safely preserve your garden harvests or farmersʼ' market produce in jars for the pantry shelf. In this class, Health, Home and Family Development Agent Sarah Lewis will teach pressure canning skills for people of all experience levels, with a focus on Alaska-grown vegetables.Space is limited and registration is required. A $10 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations; no refunds given to cancellations requested within 2 business day of the workshop. The class will be canceled in case of heavy snowfall and the full registration fee returned.
