This class is taught by Jon and Erin Turner, owners of Turner Farms, who have been canning for over 30 years. For decades, home-canned food has fed their family, saving money, reducing waste, and preserving the flavor and nutrition of fresh, homegrown and locally raised foods.
Whether it’s summer produce, fall harvests, or winter restocking, canning is a skill that supports your family all year long.
