If you are interested in learning to can and preserve what you harvest, plan to attend this ongoing series of classes! Water bath canning, pressure canning and other methods of preservation will be demonstrated on Tuesday May 7th at the Grace Impact Development Center, 212 Cooper St, Monck's Corner, SC. Class will take place from 6pm to 8pm. Tickets are $20, per person, includes all canning supplies, and you will get to take home at least one completed and preserved jar. Once you have filled out the registration form, you will receive a link to pay for the class. If you are unable to attend, tickets can be partially refunded or the balance applied to another class.
