Founded in 1966, Canned Heat is more than a band—they are a living embodiment of blues-rock history. Their passion for the blues, coupled with a deep knowledge of its roots, catapulted them to international fame. With iconic hits like “On The Road Again,” “Going Up The Country,” and “Let’s Work Together,” they carved their place in rock ‘n roll history, thrilling audiences with unforgettable performances at the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival and headlining the iconic Woodstock Festival in 1969.

Over fifty years and forty albums later, Canned Heat is still blazing a trail with unmatched dedication and talent. Led by the rhythmic backbone and vast blues expertise of drummer and band historian Adolfo “Fito” de la Parra, they continue to electrify stages worldwide. New Orleans legend Dale Spalding brings his soulful harmonica, guitar, and vocals, while inventive bassist Rick Reed adds depth, drawing from a rich career with blues greats. And now, the lineup is amplified with the phenomenal Jimmy Vivino on lead guitar, best known for his legendary run as music director for Late Night with Conan O’Brien and collaborations with Al Kooper, Michael McDonald, and more.
