Dive into the rich history of this beeswax-coated pastry, whose origins trace back to the 15th century. Reverently baked for this event by the artisans at yaya & daughter in Montauk, each canelé delivers a bite of tradition.

The Liquid Gold
Adding a golden touch to the dishes is the Lush EVOO artisanal olive oil. Cultivated, harvested, and milled in small batches in Sonoma, California, this liquid gold adds a rich accent to the culinary tapestry.
