Candyland is a family event! PLUS, this year we've added even more exciting "Extreme Rides" to our event. Also, food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event.
You can purchase unlimited ride bracelets for the new extreme rides here on Eventbrite, or at the event (cash or card).
While we welcome children to dress up for the event, we ask that there are no overly scary costumes or face masks allowed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By registering and attending the Candyland Fall Festival event at City Sanctuary Church, I, the parent/legal guardian, hereby give permission to City Sanctuary Church for my child(ren) in attendance the day of to participate in the activities provided on the property. Should my child(ren) require immediate or emergency medical care while engaged in an activity sponsored by City Sanctuary Church, in my absence, I hereby grant City Sanctuary Church authority to release my child for medical treatment to such medical personnel as determined appropriate under the circumstances. In consideration for the privilege of allowing my child(ren) to participate in the above-named activity, I agree to release and hold harmless City Sanctuary Church, its officers and agents, from any liability to or responsibility for bodily injury, damage or illness to the child(ren) in attendance while participating in any youth athletic or social activity which may be directly or indirectly sponsored by City sanctuary Church. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless City Sanctuary Church, its officers and agents with respect to any claim asserted by or on behalf of my child(ren) as a result of bodily injury, illness, or damage. The parent or legal guardian registering for the event acknowledges full responsibility of health/accident insurance covering their child(ren).
