Feel Good February - Candlelit Yoga with JaneWe know February can be a little challenging for some, so we are bringing some extra goodness your way this month!
February invites us to slow down, soften and tend to our bodies through the dark and cold season. Join Jane for a nourishing 90-minute candlelit Yoga session designed to keep your body gently moving, supple, and supported during the winter months.
We’ll flow through mindful movement and deep stretching in a calm, softly lit space, allowing warmth and ease to build from within. The evening will close with a deeply relaxing shoulder release and the soothing aroma of essential oils to help you unwind completely.
This session is open to all levels - come exactly as you are. After practice, stay and enjoy a warm drink and light snack, giving yourself time to rest, connect and ease back into the night.
To keep the February blues away, this extended class can be booked with your regular Yoga pass :)💛
