CandleLIT Yoga - Lover's Edition at The Chapel

Step into an unforgettable Valentine’s experience that’s as elegant as it is enchanting. On Friday, February 14th, join us for a candlelit yoga class inside the breathtaking Chapel on Sycamore, where romance meets reverence.

Guided by the flicker of candlelight and the rhythm of your breath, this evening invites you to quiet the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your innermost self. This is not just another yoga class—it’s a ceremony of movement, mindfulness, and magic.

Your experience will be co-led by Sarah Dobson and Lauren Dike, a somatic practitioner who will conclude the session with a 15-minute somatic movement sequence designed to release tension and attune you to your body’s innate wisdom.

This special Valentine’s flow is elevated by thoughtful sensory details:

• Roses and chocolate Hershey’s Kisses

• The glow of stained glass windows and romantic archways

• The soft essence of Doterra Rose essential oil filling the air

Upon arrival, choose a satin sleeping mask (in pink or black) from one of our signature handwoven baskets. During savasana, you’ll have the option to slip it on, inviting deeper rest and presence.

After class, linger a little longer to create a heartfelt paper Valentine at our DIY Valentine Workshop. You’ll find:

• Vintage 80s and 90s Valentine's Day cards

• A custom Lululemon wax stamp

• Glitter pens, stickers, and fragrant perfumes to personalize your creation

Need a creative nudge? Sarah will be on hand to assist! Write to someone you love—or dedicate your Valentine to yourself.
