Join yoga teacher James for welcoming, uplifting and connecting yoga practices in an amazing space in the heart or Cambridge! Dynamic sequencing, great music (including live instruments!) and shared energy will leave you refreshed and ready for the week.
You will need to bring your own mat if you have one though there are some to borrow if you don't have one :)
