The first half will be a gentle Yin Yoga practice followed by a Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation for deep relaxation). This prepares the body and mind to completely unwind, ready for the sound bath.
The second half you will be taken on a ‘journey of sounds’ led by Clare, supporting you mentally, physically and spiritually. A magical voyage of Crystal bowls, Koshi Chimes, Gongs, Shamanic drum and more - helping to bring calm and tranquility. All infused with Reiki.
