Step into warmth and exhale. This cosy yin session is your invitation to relax and soften, a gentle somatic practice designed for deep rest, you time, and a feeling of being held when the weather turns cold. Across two unrushed hours you’ll drop out of the busyness of life and into your body, resting in supported shapes while your breath, your heartbeat and the tender hush of the room do the work.Expect a darkened space lit by candlelight, soft music that soothes rather than distracts, and plenty of props to support every part of you. Settle with an eye pillow if you’d like, cocooned in blankets, allowing muscles to release, fascia to hydrate and the nervous system to melt towards calm. Postures are floor-based, low effort and held with care, inviting you to feel, to notice, and to soften without strain.
This is a special time you deliberately mark for yourself, a pause that brings you back to centre, away from screens, noise and obligation, so you can reconnect with your inner steadiness. Think of it as a winter sanctuary: cosy, quiet, and deeply replenishing.
Who it’s for: all levels and all bodies, especially anyone craving warmth, slow rhythms, somatic awareness and deep rest.
Sunday 5th October

Practical notes: the session lasts two hours, everything is guided and unhurried, and all props are provided, just wear comfortable layers, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early to settle. When you’re ready to gift yourself this space, book your mat and come in from the cold.
