Candlelit Yin & Restore

Take a slow, nourishing pause in your month with this gentle, candlelit yoga and yin class. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this 60-minute practice blends gentle movement with supportive yin poses to deeply relax the body and mind.
Yin yoga is a slow, still practice where poses are held for longer, allowing the fascia and deeper connective tissues to soften. Using plenty of props for support, this practice gently encourages the nervous system to downshift, releasing tension and promoting a sense of calm and balance.
The class is mostly mat-based and designed to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy day, ease tight muscles, or simply enjoy some quiet time for yourself, this practice offers a soothing space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
