
About this Event
This is the first class in our 5 week series, this week will focus on the Root Chakra to ground & stabilise. Slow down and sink into deep relaxation with this calming, candlelit session. We’ll begin with long-held yin postures to release tension and open the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, lying down in deep comfort, to fully reset your mind and nervous system. Expect deep stretches, total stillness, and the ultimate wind-down. Props are used to hold and release your body, and all levels and ages are welcome.
