Allow yourself to soften completely into long holds in yin yoga postures, supported by props and assisted by instructor Kathleen Cook to find the best shape for your body and level of flexibility. The relaxing atmosphere of candlelight and soft music will help support you in relaxing into the poses.
Kathleen has taken extensive training in the practice of yin yoga specifically to help students through this slow, grounded practice. Welcome to students of all levels of experience and ability. Props and mats available to borrow.
