During this workshop, Deana will guide you through a Restorative Yin Yoga practice designed to open and heal the Heart Chakra, the center of love, compassion, and connection. With gentle, long-held Yin postures, and Reiki we will create space to release emotional tension and open the heart to healing energy, making room for new beginnings as the season unfolds. As we settle into a deep state of relaxation, we will be bathed in the healing frequencies of sound therapy, which will further enhance the opening of the heart and help restore balance to both body and mind. The vibrations of crystal bowls, tuning forks , and other instruments will guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace, promoting emotional release and energetic alignment.
This particular workshop is a chance to nurture not only your physical body, but also your mental and emotional being, with nourishing food and a time to connect with our beautiful community. After the practice, we’ll come together to enjoy a small snack symbolic of fostering a sense of togetherness and celebration as we share in the joy of renewal.
